This website

This is Ternframe’s public theme and documentation website. It does not use an account system, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a contact form. The site itself does not set cookies or store a room plan.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Its infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.

Email support

If you email support@ternframe.com, your message is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Ternframe-controlled Gmail inbox. Your sender address, message, attachments, and correspondence are processed to respond to your enquiry and investigate theme issues. Do not include customer data, payment details, or credentials.

Email provider handling is described in Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s policy. Messages are held in the support inbox; this website does not operate a separate support database.

To ask about your support information or request deletion, email support@ternframe.com. Requests are reviewed against any records needed for security, legal obligations, or an ongoing enquiry.

Shopify stores using a theme

Each merchant controls their own store and its privacy notice. Bayform’s optional room plans use the shopper’s browser storage; room geometry can also be attached to cart lines when a room is added to the bag. Read the merchant’s privacy notice for the store you are visiting.
